This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the online store “nolte.spb.ru,” located at the domain name nolte.spb.ru, may obtain about the User during the use of the online store’s website, programs, and products.

METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limitations, by any lawful means, including in information systems of personal data using automation tools or without such tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Website Administration may transfer personal data to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed on the website of the online store “nolte.spb.ru,” including the delivery of the Product.
5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized government bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User is obligated to:
6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary for using the online store’s website.
6.1.2. Update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of any changes to this information.
6.2. The Website Administration is obligated to:
6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure the confidentiality of the information, not disclose it without the prior written permission of the User, and not engage in the sale, exchange, publication, or disclosure of the User’s personal data by any other means, except for paragraphs 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure commonly used to protect such information in the existing business practice.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of the User’s request or request from their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The Website Administration, failing to fulfill its obligations, is responsible for losses incurred by the User due to the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except in cases provided for in paragraphs 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Website Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was obtained from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before filing a lawsuit with claims arising from the relationship between the User of the online store’s website and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the claim notifies the claimant in writing about the results of the claim consideration.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted for consideration to a judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its placement on the website of the online store, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
